Design Reports require Pro.TroubleshootingMy generated design looks distorted or warped. How do I fix it?Distorted results almost always come from the input photo. Retake it with the camera held level, from a doorway or corner, without the ultra-wide lens, and with the lights on — then regenerate with Keep Exact Photo Angle and Keep Room Details enabled.Account & settingsHow do I delete my DecorAI account and all my data?You can request full account deletion from the app settings, or by emailing decorai@rocketdigital.ai from the address on your account. Deletion removes your account together with your uploaded photos, generated designs, Projects and Moodboards, and cannot be undone.Moodboards & inspirationWhat are Moodboards in DecorAI?Moodboards are private inspiration boards inside DecorAI. You collect reference images on a board, DecorAI measures the board’s real colour palette from those images, and then redesigns a photo of your own room in that exact look. Boards sync between iPhone, iPad, Android and the web app when you sign in with the same account.Privacy, safety & content rulesWhat happens to the photos I upload?Photos you upload to DecorAI are processed to generate your design and are stored in your own account, visible only to you. Nothing is published unless you choose to share it to the Community, and you keep ownership of your original photos.Comparisons & alternativesCan AI replace an interior designer?No — AI replaces the first stage of the work, not the designer. DecorAI is faster and cheaper than a designer at generating and comparing visual directions, but it cannot measure your room, source and schedule products, manage trades, or take responsibility for decisions about structure, safety and building regulations.Room-by-room guidesHow do I visualise a kitchen remodel with AI?Photograph the kitchen from the entrance so the full run of cabinets, the worktop and the backsplash are in one frame, then use the DecorAI Interior Designer with room type "kitchen".
