Purchases made in the iPhone or iPad app are billed by Apple and appear on your Apple account; purchases in the Android app are billed by Google Play; purchases in the web app at app.decoraihome.com are billed through the web checkout. Cancellations and refunds are handled by whoever billed you.

You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If Pro is still missing, sign out and back in once, restart the app, and confirm the store account you paid with. For purchases made in the web app, DecorAI offers a full refund within 24 hours of purchase; after that, eligibility depends on usage. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
