AI Exterior Design redesigns the outside of a building from one photo. DecorAI supports ten building types and ten architectural styles and can change siding, roofing, windows, doors, landscaping, exterior lighting, garage doors, porches, shutters and trim while keeping the building’s real shape.
AI Garden Design redesigns outdoor space from a photo — a backyard, front yard, patio, balcony, rooftop, courtyard, terrace, side yard, vegetable garden or flower garden. You can choose a garden style and add elements such as planting, water features, pathways, outdoor lighting, seating, a pergola, a fire pit or an outdoor kitchen.
The AI Floor Planner replaces only the visible flooring in a room photo and leaves everything else — furniture, walls, windows and lighting — unchanged. Floor types include hardwood, tile, carpet, laminate, vinyl, concrete, stone and bamboo, with materials and patterns such as oak, walnut, marble, herringbone and chevron.
The AI Corner Designer transforms one awkward, empty or underused corner of a room and leaves the rest of the space intact. You upload a photo of the dead corner and pick an idea — reading nook, compact home office, built-in storage, pet area, coffee bar, plant corner, entryway bench, kids play corner, mini bar or display shelves.
Empty the Room removes furniture and clutter from a photo of a furnished room while keeping the floor, walls, windows and architecture. It is used before planning a renovation, before moving, and as the first step in creating a clean staged listing photo.
Virtual Staging furnishes an empty or under-furnished room from a photo. You choose the room type — living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, office, kids room, bathroom or a custom type — and a style such as Modern, Scandinavian, Minimalist, Industrial, Bohemian, Mid-Century, Coastal or Japandi, and DecorAI adds a coherent furniture and decor concept.
Furniture Import is a two-photo workflow: you upload a photo of your room and a photo of one specific furniture item — from a shop, a showroom, a marketplace listing or another home — and DecorAI places that item into your room with matching scale, perspective and lighting. Optional instructions can say where it should stand.
The Inpainting editor changes only the part of a photo you paint over. You mask an area with an adjustable brush, describe what should be there instead, and DecorAI edits just that region — replacing one sofa, removing a radiator, changing a single wall — while the rest of the image stays exactly as it was.
Style Transfer applies the palette, materials and visual language of a reference image to your room. You can use one of DecorAI’s built-in references or upload any image — a fabric, an artwork, a Pinterest photo or another interior — and your room is regenerated in that look.
Design Concepts generates an original space from a written description when you have no photo to start from. You describe the room you imagine and DecorAI creates a concept image of it, which is useful for new-build planning, mood setting and early ideas.
