1. Agreement to Terms
DecorAI is the official DecorAI AI Interior Design app operated and published by Rocket Digital Limited, Hong Kong. By accessing or using DecorAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.
Optional Registration: You may use basic features of the app without registering. However, full access may require an account.
2. Use of Service
DecorAI uses Artificial Intelligence to generate interior design visualizations based on photos you upload.
- Personal Use: The generated images are for your personal use in visualizing home improvements.
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your original photos. You grant us a license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your designs.
- Security: We do not share your photos with third parties. They are stored securely on Firebase and automatically deleted within 30 days.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Some features of DecorAI require a paid plan. The paid entitlement is called Pro and is offered as a subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase.
- Processing: Payments are processed securely via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
- Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings.
- Lifetime access: A Lifetime purchase is a single payment that grants permanent Pro access on both the DecorAI web app and the DecorAI mobile apps for iOS and Android, with no recurring charge.
- Future updates are included: Lifetime access includes all future updates, improvements and new premium features that we add to Pro, at no additional cost. Features released after your purchase date — such as the Inpainting Editor — are covered automatically. We do not sell existing or future Pro features back to Lifetime owners as separate paid add-ons.
- Restoring your purchase: Your Lifetime entitlement is tied to your DecorAI account and can be restored on any device and platform by signing in with the same account.
Lifetime access applies for as long as DecorAI is offered as a service. If we were ever to launch a genuinely separate product under a different name, it would not automatically form part of DecorAI Pro; everything shipped inside DecorAI itself is included in your Lifetime purchase.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Disclaimers
AI Limitations
The Service provides AI-generated visualizations for inspiration only. They should not be used as exact architectural blueprints or construction plans. DecorAI is not responsible for any renovation decisions made based on these images.
6. Your Data Rights
We respect your right to privacy and control.
- Delete Account: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings.
- No Marketing: We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes.
