License to Use

DecorAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our AI interior design app and services for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete information

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

• DecorAI offers subscription-based access to premium features
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All payments are processed securely through RevenueCat

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or the App Store/Play Store.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play Store refund policies. Please contact their support for refund requests.

User Content and Photos

Your Rights

You retain all ownership rights to photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant DecorAI a license to:

• Process your photos using AI technology
• Store your content on our servers
• Generate design visualizations based on your photos

Your Responsibilities

You must not upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, or harmful material
• Contains malware or malicious code

AI-Generated Design Content

AI-generated designs are provided for visualization purposes only. DecorAI does not guarantee:

• Structural feasibility of designs
• Compliance with building codes or regulations
• Accuracy of color representation
• Suitability for your specific space or needs

Always consult with professional interior designers, architects, or contractors before implementing designs.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DecorAI are owned by DecorAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorAI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or content

Disclaimer of Warranties

DecorAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or any reason we deem necessary. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DecorAI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
