1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DecorAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Optional Registration: You may use basic features of the app without registering. However, full access may require an account.

2. Use of Service

DecorAI uses Artificial Intelligence to generate interior design visualizations based on photos you upload.

  • Personal Use: The generated images are for your personal use in visualizing home improvements.
  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your original photos. You grant us a license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your designs.
  • Security: We do not share your photos with third parties. They are stored securely on Firebase and automatically deleted within 30 days.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of DecorAI require a paid subscription.

  • Processing: Payments are processed securely via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
  • Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellations: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimers

AI Limitations

The Service provides AI-generated visualizations for inspiration only. They should not be used as exact architectural blueprints or construction plans. DecorAI is not responsible for any renovation decisions made based on these images.

6. Your Data Rights

We respect your right to privacy and control.

  • Delete Account: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings.
  • No Marketing: We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes.
