2. Handling of Images, Data, and Photos

We place a high priority on the privacy and security of our users' images, data, and photos. We want to assure you that these images are treated with the utmost care and respect for your privacy.

When you use our apps, you may upload photos of your rooms for the purpose of redesigning them. We do not retain any face data (for example "Face ID") through our applications. We do not save or analyse any faces data.

The images you upload are stored securely and are only accessible by you within the app. To further protect your privacy, all uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers after a maximum period of 30 days.

We do not share your photos or any related data with any third parties, ensuring that your personal experiences remain private. This commitment to privacy extends to all aspects of our service and reflects our dedication to safeguarding your personal information.

3. AI Identification and Analysis

When you use our AI identification features, we collect and process the photos you take or upload for the purpose of identifying architectural elements, furniture styles, or room types relevant to the app. These images are analyzed using artificial intelligence to provide identification results, design information, and related content.

The photos you submit for identification are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure and may be retained to improve our AI accuracy and provide you with your personal collection. We do not share your identification photos with third parties except as necessary to provide the identification service.

4. Location Data Collection

Our features may collect location information to enhance identification accuracy and provide location-specific design information. Location data helps us provide more precise results based on geographic distribution patterns and regional design variations.

You can disable location services in your device settings, though this may affect the accuracy of some features. Location data is stored with your results and is only accessible by you.

5. Subscription and Payment Information

If you choose to subscribe to our premium features, payment processing is handled by third-party services (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat).

We do not store your payment card information. We may retain subscription status information to provide premium features and customer support. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.

6. AI Model Training and Improvement

The photos and identification results may be used in aggregate and anonymized form to improve our AI models and identification accuracy. No personally identifiable information is used in this process, and individual photos are not used for training without explicit consent.

7. Managing and Deleting Your Account

If you’ve decided to delete your account with any of our applications, we’re here to guide you through the process. We understand that needs change, and we want to make this transition as seamless as possible for you.

You can delete your account and all associated data instantly at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the app settings. All data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
