After 24 hours, refund eligibility depends on how much of the service you used.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for DecorAI subscriptions and purchases made through our mobile apps and website. DecorAI is operated by Rocket Digital Ltd.

Because DecorAI is available on multiple platforms, the refund process depends on where you made your purchase. Please review the section that applies to you below.

2. Apple App Store & Google Play Purchases

If you subscribed or made a one-time purchase through the DecorAI iOS or Android app, your payment was processed by Apple or Google—not directly by DecorAI.

Refund requests for mobile app purchases must be submitted through the store where you bought your subscription:

Apple and Google set their own refund rules and timelines. DecorAI cannot override or guarantee refunds for purchases made through their platforms. For billing questions on mobile, you may also manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

3. Web Purchases (Paddle)

If you purchased a DecorAI subscription on the web at app.decoraihome.com or through our website checkout, your payment is processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record for web billing.

3.1 Full Refund Within 24 Hours

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial web purchase if you have not received satisfactory value from the service. To qualify, contact us promptly with your order details (email address used at checkout and approximate purchase time).

The 24-hour window starts at the time your payment is successfully completed, not when you first use the app.

3.2 Refund Requests After 24 Hours

After the 24-hour period has passed, refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depends on how much you have used DecorAI's paid features. We review factors such as:

  • Number of AI room designs or generations created
  • Whether premium styles, high-resolution exports, or other paid features were used
  • Time elapsed since purchase and subscription renewal history
  • Evidence of technical issues that prevented normal use of the service

If you have made substantial use of the service, a full refund may not be available. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or account credit instead. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the service has been used extensively.

4. How to Request a Web Refund

To request a refund for a web purchase, email us at decorai@rocketdigital.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your DecorAI account
  • Date and approximate time of purchase
  • Reason for your refund request
  • Your Paddle receipt or transaction reference, if available

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellations vs. Refunds

Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

  • Web subscriptions: Cancel through your account settings or contact us for assistance.
  • Mobile subscriptions: Cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied when:

  • The refund request is made outside applicable store policies (for mobile purchases)
  • Significant paid features have already been consumed after the 24-hour web purchase window
  • There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Use
  • A refund was already issued for the same purchase or billing period

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to review legitimate concerns and can often resolve issues faster than the dispute process.
