What does the AI Floor Planner do?
Short answer
The AI Floor Planner replaces only the visible flooring in a room photo and leaves everything else — furniture, walls, windows and lighting — unchanged. Floor types include hardwood, tile, carpet, laminate, vinyl, concrete, stone and bamboo, with materials and patterns such as oak, walnut, marble, herringbone and chevron.
This is the tool to use when you are choosing a floor and want an honest comparison. Because nothing else in the photo changes, the only difference between two generations is the floor itself.
Available options
| Group | Examples |
|---|---|
| Floor types | Hardwood, Tile, Carpet, Laminate, Vinyl, Concrete, Stone, Bamboo |
| Wood species | Oak, Maple, Walnut |
| Stone and tile | Marble, Granite, Large Format |
| Patterns | Herringbone, Chevron |
The AI Floor Planner is not a floor-plan drawing tool. It does not produce a top-down layout or measurements — it changes the flooring material in a photograph.
