How DecorAI handles uploaded photos, which images and prompts are rejected by the automated safety checks, who owns generated designs, and how to report content.
Photos you upload to DecorAI are processed to generate your design and are stored in your own account, visible only to you. Nothing is published unless you choose to share it to the Community, and you keep ownership of your original photos.
DecorAI is built for rooms, buildings and outdoor spaces. Automated safety checks run on every upload and every written instruction, and they reject sexual, explicit or violent content, and photos whose subject is a person. People incidentally present in a space — or shown in framed photos, posters, artwork or on a screen — are normally fine.
You keep ownership of the original photos you upload, and the designs you generate are yours to use, including for client work when you are on Pro (which removes the watermark). The exact terms are set out in the DecorAI Terms of Service.
Use the report action on the post itself in the DecorAI Community. Reports are reviewed, and you can also delete any of your own posts at any time. For anything urgent, email decorai@rocketdigital.ai.
DecorAI produces visual concepts, not construction documents. Its images are not measured floor plans, engineering drawings, building approvals or exact bills of materials, and its cost estimates are planning-grade. Structural, electrical, plumbing, safety, accessibility and building-code decisions must be checked with qualified local professionals.
DecorAI is a general-audience design tool intended for adults planning and decorating real spaces, and app-store age ratings apply as shown on each store listing. Purchases are made through the App Store, Google Play or the web checkout, so normal parental purchase controls apply.
