Open the account or profile screen in the DecorAI app or web app and sign in with Google, with Apple, or with an email address and password. Creating an account is free, takes under a minute, and does not change your daily free allowance.

Then check your internet connection, update to the latest app version, and use the password reset if you signed up by email.
