How do I delete my DecorAI account and all my data?

Short answer
You can request full account deletion from the app settings, or by emailing decorai@rocketdigital.ai from the address on your account. Deletion removes your account together with your uploaded photos, generated designs, Projects and Moodboards, and cannot be undone.
- 1Save anything you want to keep to your device first — deletion is permanent.
- 2Cancel any active subscription in the App Store, Play Store or web account. Deleting the account does not cancel billing.
- 3Request deletion in app settings, or email decorai@rocketdigital.ai from your account address.
Deleting the app from your phone is not the same as deleting your account. Uninstalling leaves the account and any subscription intact.
