Mobile-only DecorAI features: iPhone Live Activities and Dynamic Island progress, home-screen widgets, Siri App Shortcuts, sharing photos into DecorAI from other apps, and decorai:// deep links.
On iPhone, a DecorAI Live Activity shows the progress of a running generation on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can leave the app while it works. Both iOS and Android also offer home-screen widgets showing your latest designs and quick-start shortcuts into the design tools.
Use your phone’s share menu. DecorAI adds four entries — "Redesign with DecorAI", "Transfer Style with DecorAI", "Add furniture with DecorAI" and "Add to DecorAI Moodboard" — so you can send a photo from Photos, Pinterest, Instagram, a browser or a marketplace app straight into the right tool.
Yes. DecorAI provides Siri App Shortcuts on iPhone and iPad, so you can open the app or jump straight into a design tool by voice or from the Shortcuts app.
DecorAI accepts decorai://create/<flow> links to open a specific tool — interior, garden, exterior, floor, corner, analysis, empty, staging, furniture and moodboard — plus decorai://projects and decorai://history. Query parameters and trailing slashes are ignored, so campaign parameters can be appended safely.
DecorAI asks for camera access to photograph a room, photo library access to pick or save images, and notification permission for generation and reminder alerts. Every one of them is optional — you can decline and still use the app, though the related feature will not work.
Yes. DecorAI runs on iPad and on Android tablets with the same features as the phone apps, and the larger screen is genuinely better for comparing versions and for masking in the Inpainting editor. The web app is also a good option on a tablet.
No. Generating a design requires an internet connection because the AI models run on DecorAI’s servers, not on your phone. Browsing designs you already saved to your device works offline, but new generations, History sync and Moodboard sync all need a connection.
