What is a DecorAI Design Report?
Short answer
A Design Report is a written analysis of a finished design. It contains a style profile and designer’s assessment, the colour palette with hex values, a before-and-after list of what changed, five to seven prioritised recommendations, a three-tier cost estimate with per-category breakdown, an ordered action plan, and a branded PDF export. Design Reports require Pro.
A generated image tells you what a room could look like. A Design Report tells you what it would take to get there — which is the part most people are missing when they take an AI render to a contractor or a shopping trip.
Where to find it
- 1Generate a design in any DecorAI tool.
- 2On the result screen, open the Design Report card.
- 3The report is written once and then saved with the design.
- 4Reopening the design later — including from History, on another device, or in the web app — reopens the saved report instantly.
Generating a Design Report does not consume a design generation, and the report is stored with that design rather than being re-written each time you open it.
