What is inside a Design Report, section by section?

ProUpdated August 19, 2026

Short answer

A DecorAI Design Report contains eight parts: style profile and designer’s assessment, a named colour palette with hex codes, a before-and-after comparison, five to seven designer recommendations, a three-tier cost estimate, a per-category cost breakdown, an ordered action plan tagged by effort, and handoff links to redesign the room again.

SectionWhat it gives you
Style profile & assessmentWhat the design is, in a designer’s words, and why it works
Colour paletteThe actual colours of the image with names and hex values
Before and afterA list of what changed between your photo and the design
Recommendations5–7 prioritised, specific improvements
Cost estimateBudget, mid-range and premium versions of the same design
Cost breakdownRanges per category — flooring, furniture, lighting, decor and so on
Action planAn ordered list tagged quick win, weekend job or project
Redesign handoffsShortcuts back into the design tools to act on a recommendation

The colour palette is measured from the actual pixels of the generated image on your device, then named by the AI — so the hex values are real, not invented.
