The rewarded video will not load or finish. How do I get my free design?

Short answer
Rewarded videos need a working internet connection and are served by an ad network, so they occasionally fail. Check your connection, close and reopen DecorAI, and try again in a minute. If videos consistently fail to load, Pro removes them altogether.
- 1Confirm you are online — ideally on Wi-Fi.
- 2Close DecorAI completely and reopen it.
- 3Wait a minute and retry; ad availability varies by country and time of day.
- 4Disable any VPN or ad-blocking DNS while using the free plan.
- 5Update to the latest app version.
If a video plays but the design does not unlock, reopen the app: the reward is recorded server-side and the generation usually proceeds on the next attempt.
