My designs have disappeared from History. Where are they?

Short answer
Check that you are signed in to the same DecorAI account you used when you created them. History created while signed out lives only on that device, so reinstalling the app or switching phones loses it — while History created while signed in is restored automatically once you sign back in.
- 1Open your account screen and check which account you are signed in to.
- 2If you used Google on one device and email on another, those are two accounts — sign in with the original one.
- 3Give History a moment to sync after signing in.
- 4Check the web app at app.decoraihome.com with the same account.
Deleted designs cannot be recovered. Save anything important to your device as well.
