Restoring
- 1Sign in to the same DecorAI account you used when purchasing.
- 2Open the upgrade screen and choose Restore purchases.
- 3If Pro is still missing, sign out and back in once, then restore again.
- 4Still missing? Email decorai@rocketdigital.ai with the store receipt.
Refunds
App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple’s and Google’s refund policies. Web purchases are fully refundable within 24 hours; after that, eligibility depends on usage. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.
