Short answer

Use the Budget-Friendly control, keep the room details and the photo angle so you are only changing decor, and lean on the Design Report’s budget tier and quick-win action items. The biggest visual gains for the least money are usually lighting, textiles, paint and decluttering.

Cheap changes that photograph well

1Lighting: warm bulbs, a floor lamp, no bare ceiling light.
2Textiles: curtains to the floor, one large rug rather than a small one.
3Paint: one wall, or the whole room in a single warmer tone.
4Plants and mirrors: cheap, and both make a small room read larger.
5Declutter: free, and it changes the photo more than anything on this list.

Generate a "budget" version and a "premium" version of the same room. Seeing them side by side makes it obvious which upgrades are actually worth paying for.
