Short answer

A Project groups everything related to one space or one job: a guided Analyze, Plan and Redesign workflow, a written plan, a checklist, a summary, a status and all the designs you generated for it. Projects can be saved, resumed, renamed, shared and marked as Plan, Redesign or Completed.

The three stages

1Analyze — understand the space you are starting from.
2Plan — a written plan and a checklist of what needs to happen.
3Redesign — the generated designs that belong to this project.

Projects are what turn a folder of pretty images into an actual plan. If you are redoing more than one room, create one project per room and keep the same style across all of them.
